Entrata training and migration has been going great! In February, most of the California staffers met in Pleasanton for in-person training. In March, the Group2 staffers met in Denver. This month, The remaining staffers gathered in Maryland for Group3 training.

    We love that Entrata is all in one which simplifies work flows and improves overall efficiency for everyone. Statistically speaking, our delinquency and occupancy is the best it’s ever been!

    Although the transition to Entrata has required significant effort from everyone, the new software is already saving our teams time and enhancing the overall work experience. This change will positively impact both our communities and our team members. The in-person training is a tremendous advantage, ensuring a personalized experience for each team member.     This transition has made life SO much easier. Every time we are shown how to do a new function in Entrata, it makes me want to cry because of how simple it is! So much time saved from endless tasks that we were completing in MRI. Thanks so much team šŸ™‚
